No, no apartment has a Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is for the use of all guests and is located on the fifth floor.


do the apartments have a washing machine?
No, the condo has laundry facilities on the fifth floor, which can be used by guests after 5 pm (does not include the use of detergents)


do all apartments have a beach view?
Yes. The Ocean and Beach apartments have front beach view, the Studio apartment has a side balcony with beach view.


do you have food service?

No, Condominio Marlica only offers lodging. We have a privileged location since we have a convenience store within a 2 minute walk and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.


what time can I check in and out?
Check in time is at 3:00pm in case your apartment is ready you can check in a little earlier, check out is at 12:00 noon.


do you accept pets?
No, Condominio Marlica does not allow pets, no matter the size, breed, etc


can I bring a senior citizen or handicapped person?
Yes, we have an elevator so you can go up and down the apartment and ramps so you can move without difficulty in the condominium


can we have a meeting in the panoramic terrace?
Yes, as long as you do not have music that affects the other guests and remember that as it is for general use you cannot prevent other guests from being in the jacuzzi that is located on the same floor.
